Terms of Service

SellerAI Hub (https://ecomai.tomfox.cc), operated by Hu Jun (payments account: ecomaitools), provides two things:

• Description Studio — software tools that help ecommerce sellers draft, check, and export product-listing copy (titles, bullets, descriptions, meta tags), extract product specs from text or photos, review listings for policy risks, compare against competitors, and batch-generate via CSV. Text and image understanding run on AI models served by Cloudflare Workers AI.
• A free public directory — editorial listings and reviews of third-party AI tools. Directory content is informational; the tools listed there are third parties and are not sold by us.

Studio accounts use Google sign-in. The free plan includes 10 generations per month; the Pro plan includes 200 generations per month. Quotas reset monthly. Monthly limits are counted per account, not per device, and creating multiple accounts to dodge them is not allowed.

Pro is a subscription (currently $19/month) billed through Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Creem handles checkout, taxes, invoices, and holds your payment details — we do not. To cancel, update your payment method, or request a refund, use the Creem customer portal link in your order confirmation email, or email zhoulunjie96@gmail.com and we will point you to the right place. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues to the end of the paid period.

SellerAI Hub is a drafting and checking tool. We do not guarantee that any listing written with it will rank on Amazon, Shopify, or any marketplace, be approved by them, avoid takedowns, or generate sales. Marketplace algorithms and policies change constantly and are outside our control.

Studio output is generated by AI from the inputs you provide. It can be wrong, outdated, or unsuitable for your product. You are responsible for reviewing every listing before you publish it — including factual accuracy of specs and claims — and for making sure your listings comply with the rules of any marketplace you sell on (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and others), and with applicable law. The Listing QA feature is a helpful check, not a compliance guarantee or legal advice.

You retain rights to the product information you submit. You may use the listing copy Studio generates for your products, including commercially.

You may not use SellerAI Hub to create, distribute, or facilitate illegal content or content prohibited by marketplaces — including sexually explicit or pornographic material, or listings for products that are illegal to sell. Full details, including prohibited products and behaviors, are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, without refund where the violation is serious.

We aim to keep the service running but provide it “as is”; features, quotas, and pricing may change. If we change pricing materially, existing subscribers keep their current rate until the next renewal. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, and occasionally need to take the service offline for maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SellerAI Hub and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost sales, suspended marketplace accounts, or lost data — arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by emailing zhoulunjie96@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, create security risks, or abuse the service (for example, automated quota evasion).

Payments for the Pro plan are governed by Creem's terms as Merchant of Record (Creem provides merchant-of-record services from Estonia). Otherwise, these terms are interpreted under the applicable law of the operator's place of business, except that mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected. If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
