Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use Studio to draft, polish, or export listings (or any other content) for:

• Illegal products or services — anything unlawful to make, sell, or ship in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction, including drugs and controlled substances.
• Fraud, phishing, or malware — deceptive offers, counterfeit documentation, phishing pages, or anything designed to distribute malicious software.
• Counterfeits and IP infringement — products that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or patents, or listings that mislead buyers into confusing your product with another brand.
• Misleading medical, health, or drug claims — claims that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease, or other health-performance claims that violate marketplace rules or law. If a claim needs a certification you do not hold, do not generate it.
• Other restricted categories — weapons, explosives, and items prohibited by the marketplaces themselves.

More generally: do not use Studio to create listings for products or services prohibited by law, by marketplace policy, or by the merchant policies of our payment partner, Creem.

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content. Studio does not generate NSFW material, and you may not submit inputs intended to produce it.
• Deepfakes and non-consensual intimate imagery. Studio is text-first, but this applies to outputs too: do not use generated text (or spec-extracted photos) to depict real people without consent, in sexual contexts, or in fabricated intimate content of any kind.
• Content that promotes hate, harassment, or violence against people or groups.

Do not use Studio to produce content intended to deceive buyers or game marketplaces, including:

• Spam listings, keyword-stuffed filler, or bulk fake storefront pages.
• Fake reviews, review-incentive schemes, or review manipulation text.
• Deceptive claims — invented certifications, fake scarcity, false discounts, or specs the product does not have.

• Attempting to bypass generation quotas — multiple accounts, automation, or otherwise.
• Scraping, harvesting, or accessing other users' data or generations.
• Probing, scanning, or attacking the service or its infrastructure, or reselling access to it.
• Uploading content you do not have the right to use.

We review usage and enforce this policy at our discretion. Violations can lead to content removal, quota reset, account suspension, or account termination without refund for serious abuse. Because payments run through Creem as Merchant of Record, we may cooperate with payment-partner risk and compliance reviews where required, which can include sharing details of the violating activity.
