Privacy Policy

SellerAI Hub (https://ecomai.tomfox.cc) is an independent project operated by an individual, Hu Jun (payments account: ecomaitools). It consists of a free public directory of third-party AI tools and Description Studio, our listing-copy tools for ecommerce sellers. If anything here is unclear, email us at zhoulunjie96@gmail.com.

Browsing the directory, blog, and public pages requires no account and collects no personal profile. If you sign in to Description Studio, we collect and store:

• Google account identity — your name and email address, provided by Google when you choose to sign in with Google. This creates your account.
• Generation inputs and outputs — the product notes, specs, competitor listings, and brand-voice settings you submit, and the listing copy Studio returns, processed as needed to provide the service (including your bulk CSV runs).
• Quota and plan data — how many generations you have used this month and whether you are on the free plan or Pro, stored in our database so your limits survive a page reload.
• Basic technical logs — standard request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by Creem (see “Third parties” below); we only receive confirmation of your subscription status.

• Provide the service: run your generations, track your quota, save your brand-voice profiles.
• Keep the service working: debug errors, prevent quota abuse and attacks.
• Communicate with you about your account, if you write to support.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your generation content to advertise to you or to build public training sets.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies. When you sign in with Google, we set a session cookie that keeps you logged in. It expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or social-media pixels.

Three services are involved in running SellerAI Hub:

• Google — sign-in via Google OAuth. When you use it, Google shares your account name and email with us under Google's own privacy terms.
• Cloudflare — hosting and database infrastructure, and Cloudflare Workers AI, which processes the text (and photos you upload for spec extraction) used to generate your listings.
• Creem — payment processing as Merchant of Record for the Pro plan. Checkout, tax handling, and billing data are managed by Creem; we do not see or store your full card number.

Because these providers operate globally, your data may be processed outside your country of residence, under the safeguards each provider offers (for Cloudflare and Creem, standard contractual clauses or equivalent).

Account and quota data are kept while your account is active. Generation inputs and outputs are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and prevent abuse. If you ask us to delete your account (email zhoulunjie96@gmail.com), we will delete or de-identify your personal data, except where we must retain minimal records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email zhoulunjie96@gmail.com. We are a small operation and answer such requests ourselves, usually within a few days.

You can also reduce what we hold: signing out removes the session cookie, and you can clear saved brand-voice profiles inside Studio at any time.

SellerAI Hub is intended for adults running an ecommerce business. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, note them on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
